Z8MK4 (PZA)
The new Z8MK4 is the latest generation of the popular Z-Series zone mixer. The latest updates include a number of new features that make the Z8MK4 even more flexible and easier to install.
A new universal power supply (85-254v) allows the Z8MK4 to be installed anywhere in the world, regardless of the power grid. The new, improved power supply also provides increased output to support connection of up to 600 mA of internal accessories such as EQ cards and external devices such as LM-2 remote/line/mic mixer modules and PA consoles. The addition of new RJ45 THRU/IN terminals allows for easy connection of cloud-based digital PA microphones, and the addition of four balanced inputs increases flexibility and ease of installation.
The Z8MK4 is a complete solution for multi-zone and multi-function spaces. With the ability to accept up to six input sources directly, such as media player, MP3, hard drive, CD, video, satellite, etc., the Z8MK4 has been developed to act as an easy-to-use master control for an entire sound system.
Connecting an LM-2 or LM-2A active module expands versatility by providing additional localized inputs and control, enabling designers to provide simple, cost-effective solutions for many customer requirements that are difficult to achieve with other manufacturers' products.
