6. PAYMENT

7.1.4. The shipment of the product is the sole responsibility of the User, and must occur within the term
7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted
after confirming the communication mentioned in point 7.1.1.
7.1.5. The return will be made only after receiving and analyzing the
conditions of the returned product. If any irregularity is found, such as damage, signs
of use or lack of accessories, ROCKETERIAS may not accept the return, resending the
product to the User without prior consultation of the latter.
7.1.6. Once the return is accepted, ROCKETERIAS will credit the total amount of the item
purchased on coupons that can be used on future purchases.
7.2. The reception of the product with a damaged, open or wet box must be notified, and the User

8. REFUND FOR CAUSES ATTRIBUTABLE TO ROCKETERIAS

refund of the amount paid; when the payment has been made by credit card,
ROCKETERIAS will ask the Bank for total or partial cancellation, as the case may be, and the refund

cases: (i) to comply with a legal provision or order of a judicial authority; (ii) to fulfill any
procedure established by any competent body; (iii) to enforce the terms of
services; (iv) to respond to claims that such content violates the rights of third parties or
to protect the interests of ROCKETERIAS or third parties; (v) if there is a need to identify and
solve technical problems.
10.2. ROCKETERIAS is not responsible, in any case, for fraud originated outside or through
