How to shop online?
From the home page, select the link to our store division. This brings us to one of our stores. Select your product(s) by clicking on the product category or by typing a product in the search box at the top. When you find your product click add to cart if you want to buy, or add to list if you want to save the product to your wish list. The product will now appear in your shopping cart on the right hand side of the screen. Continue adding products in this manner until your order is complete.

When you are finished with your order, click on the Order icon located in the shopping cart window. This will prompt you to log into your account or register if you are not already a member. Check that the billing and/or shipping address is correct. If changes are necessary, click the appropriate link for any of the billing or shipping address fields. Check your order information in the Order Summary section. If any special information needs to be added to be considered with your order, you can do so in the box in the additional information section.

Continue with the payment details and enter your credit card information. To save time on future orders, you can choose to check the box that stores credit card details for faster future payments. Click Continue. Simply verify your information and proceed to the bottom of the page and click Confirm Order. Your order is placed and an online receipt appears. Please print the file for security.

** If you need to make a change to your order, click Return to Cart above the shipping address details. Since you can update your order in quantities, products can be added or modified. When complete, click Order; it asks you to log in again for security reasons.

How can I search for a previous order?
Click the My Account link in the upper right corner of the screen (If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so.) Select the Order History link at the bottom of the page. From the order history screen, select the order you wish to review by clicking on the order number. This will display the order. Click Back to Order History to return to the previous screen.

How can I change my email address (user ID)?
Click on the My Account link located in the upper right corner of the screen. (If you're not signed in, you'll be prompted to do so.) Select Change E-Mail (User ID). Enter your new email address and then enter again to confirm your new email address in the box below. Finish by clicking Submit.
*Note: Changing your email address on our site also changes your User ID that is required to log into your account. (for example - If your new E-mail address is , your new User ID is )

How can I update my personal profile?
Click the My Account link in the upper right corner of the screen (If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so.) Select Update Profile. You can update any information as necessary in the corresponding boxes. Finish by clicking Submit.

How can I download and use coupons?
Throughout the site you will see prominent e-coupons. Click on any of them and follow the instructions to download the coupons. You can also access all coupons on our site by clicking the E-Coupons button located in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. Once you find a coupon you want to use, click the Print Coupon button to print it on your printer. Then make your purchase and add the coupon before paying.

How can I change my password?
To change your password, click the My Account button at the top of the screen. Then click the Change Password button, change your password in the appropriate boxes, and click Submit. A few clicks and your security is guaranteed.

How is the personal information they collect about me used?
We keep all information we collect about our members strictly confidential. We use it to better serve your needs and personalize your experience on the site. We never disclose the information to third parties or sell to anyone for any reason.

How is my information secure from others?
We keep your personal information completely secure. It is not made available to anyone outside of our company unless you expressly give your permission to the contrary.
