8" Ceiling Speaker for Fire Signaling with 5 Watt, 25V Transformer and Baffle

The AtlasIED UHT and UKT Series are 8" diameter single and dual voice coil loudspeakers equipped with dual (whizzer) cones and 10 oz ceramic magnets to deliver extended frequency response with high intelligibility and minimal distortion. The cost effective units are complete with fire retardant, moisture proof cones, factory mounted transformer, 6" color coded leads, and a wide selection of architecturally pleasing baffles. The UHT Series loudspeakers have a 1" diameter voice coil, choice of 70.7 or 25 volt transformer, and a DC blocking capacitor for line monitoring applications. The UKT Series loudspeakers are equipped with two 1" diameter voice coils, two transformers (specify 70.7 or 25 volts), and a DC blocking capacitor. To meet UL requirements, speaker packages must be used with UL-listed enclosures (see back page for baffle/box information and SL6-1424 "UL-Listed Speaker Enclosures").
