With 70 watts (4 ohms, 1 kHz, THD: 0.7%) per channel, the PMA-600NE has enough power to ensure optimal sound quality with any speaker. You can connect the PMA-600NE to your favorite components via the two optical digital inputs and one coaxial digital input. Powered by Denon's AHC (Advanced High Current) single-push-pull power amplifier, the PMA-600NE delivers exceptional sound quality that combines high power and delicate musical nuances.
POWERFUL 70W INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER
Power your speakers with the Denon PMA-600NE integrated amplifier. Engineered with Denon's exceptional amplification technology, the PMA-600NE delivers 70 watts of power per channel (4 ohms, 1 kHz, THD 0.7%). This integrated amplifier is compatible with a wide range of speakers and impedances to ensure operational stability.
Design integrity with carefully selected components
Denon's over 100 years of experience designing high-end audio components ensure that its products have undergone rigorous testing to deliver a reliable, high-quality listening experience. The overall aesthetics, sound quality, and design integrity of the PMA-600NE and its high-fidelity components are built to last.
Optical and Coaxial digital inputs
The PMA-600NE features two optical inputs and one coaxial input and supports PCM signals up to 192 kHz/24-bit. These digital inputs contribute to improved sound quality on TVs, media players, Blu-ray players, and more. They also allow you to enjoy high-resolution audio from an audio source on your computer.
Analog Mode
Analog mode allows the PMA-600NE to operate as a purely analog amplifier, disabling the digital inputs and Bluetooth while playing analog sources. Use Analog mode to disable the dedicated digital power supply and stop the digital input and Bluetooth circuitry from working, preventing any high-frequency effects on the PMA-600NE's analog section. You'll enjoy your favorite analog sources with maximum clarity and detail.
MM Phono Equalizer
The PMA-600NE includes a phono equalizer that allows playback from sources with MM cartridges. This phono equalizer has high gain, and unlike the loops found in other circuit board designs that impair sound quality, the simple and straightforward design of the PMA-600NE's phono equalizer significantly improves the sound.
Main transformer with separate wiring
To eliminate interference and maintain exceptional sound quality, the PMA-600NE's main transformer features separate coiled wires for the audio and control circuits. A built-in microprocessor features a shutdown mode to further enhance sound quality.
Microprocessor Stop Mode
The PMA-600NE's microprocessor features a stop mode that automatically halts all microprocessor operations when not required for playback. By stopping the microprocessor clock oscillation during these listening moments, the audio signal is protected from external noise and sound quality is improved.
Separate construction in signal levels
The audio circuit employs a Denon-developed Signal Level Separated Construction (SLDC) chassis to ensure that delicate musical signals are amplified and faithfully transmitted to the speakers. The result is exemplary sound quality, every time.
