AudioControl’s Director® M Series amplifiers are among the world’s most powerful and flexible multi-zone amplifiers, designed exclusively for commercial and residential custom integrators. For the most demanding applications of system amplification and IP-programmable signal processing, the Director® M Series Model M6800 has the power and flexibility to operate as a standalone DSP amplifier or partner with third-party control systems from companies such as Control4, Crestron, RTI, and Savant. Configure graphic and parametric EQ, crossover points, volume adjustments, zone grouping, network monitoring, and more using the built-in DSP.

Sixteen channels of 100 watts into 8 ohms convert to 200 watts per channel with 4 ohm speaker loads. When two channels bridge the outputs, that single channel produces 400 watts into 8 ohms—more than enough power for even the most demanding speaker setups. Two coaxial and TOSLINK-selectable digital input buses with coaxial outputs can be matrix-connected, along with each analog zone input to any zone or all zone outputs. Built-in speaker profiles from AudioControl’s Sound Partners™ program members offer DSP-optimized, tonally balanced M Series speaker calibrations from a growing list of prominent speaker manufacturers.
