The AtlasIED FMA44-32G (bundleable) was designed with contractor input to meet current and future cable management and storage needs. The unit features increased width for better cable management and includes a rear door. The top/bottom/frame construction is 14 gauge steel. The hat sections provide rail slots and retaining holes for added strength and two pairs of 12 gauge plated CRS adjustable mounting rails are included, drilled and tapped 10-32 with hash marks to indicate rack unit increments. Holes for the optional surface doors are pre-drilled with factory-installed threaded inserts to allow mounting of the doors after the equipment is loaded. The top hat sections are sized to fit standard 19" panels, which is useful for mounting "sticky" modules and other accessories. Knockouts are provided on standard 2U panels (top and bottom rear of the case). These panels include 3/8" knockouts for BNC connectors (perfect for diversity wireless systems).

A 10 RU open space is provided in the upper sections to allow the use of AtlasIED fan panels or 5000 Series top panels. The finish is scratch-resistant, textured black epoxy. Innovative drop-down side panels (FMA44-32LRPV) are available to secure end frames in bundling applications. Plexiglas, perforated steel, and solid entry doors are optional.
