The CMX215 is a tube-like condenser microphone mounted on a slim gooseneck with an XLR base. It is specifically designed for voice reinforcement systems in a wide variety of applications, including conference rooms, houses of worship, auditoriums, or any other type of voice announcement system.
The unidirectional (cardioid) back-electret condenser capsule reduces sound pickup from the sides and rear, improving speech intelligibility and eliminating unwanted noise and feedback. The high Max. SPL input ensures high-quality sound reproduction, even when exposed to intense sound.
The slim tube neck design allows for discreet blending into any interior or background, while the flexible gooseneck allows for directional placement. The microphone is available in three versions, measuring 30, 45, and 55 cm in length, offering a solution for any application-specific location. The shorter version is perfect for placing on tables or desks, while the longer version finds its specific application on altars, lecterns, and more.
