30" Deep Welded Frame, 44 RU
The economical AtlasIED 244-30 enclosure is 22 5/16" wide, 30" deep, and contains 44RU of vertical panel space. The 244-30 enclosure includes a pair of 11-gauge CRS adjustable mounting rails.
The series is constructed from 16-gauge CRS and includes a base, top panel, side panels, mounting rails, a removable tailgate with a cylinder lock, and a flush door handle.
It offers several easy-to-install advantages, including an enlarged 6RU opening at the top and bottom of the enclosure that can be left open for cable access and/or ventilation, or closed with standard ventilation or solid panels. The rear doors (included with all models) feature quick-release spring hinges that allow them to rotate 180° to open to the right or left. If a front door is ordered, it will be keyed differently than the rear door for security purposes.
Rack rails are precision threaded 10-32 and recessed 11/16" (17.5 mm). These plated rails include convenient RU indicator marks to aid in equipment alignment. Rails are standard EIA 5/8"-5/8"-1/2" spacing.
The duct assemblies are located on the top and bottom surface panels as well as on the top and bottom rear flanges. The flange assemblies consist of five knockouts, three standard 1" (25 mm) and two concentric 1/2" (13 mm) x 3/4" (19 mm). The surface assemblies consist of 4 knockouts, two standard 1" (25 mm) knockouts and two concentric 1/2" (13 mm) x 3/4" (19 mm).
Perforated and stamped vents are located on all sides, as well as on the rear door, to allow for maximum air convection. Cabinet surfaces are phosphate-pretreated for proper paint adhesion of the textured black epoxy finish.
