Freestanding floor rack with 18.5" deep fixed rails, 24 RU
The 100 Series cabinets are 18 1/2" deep, 22 5/16" wide, and are available in five different RU heights: 21RU, 24RU, 35RU, 40RU, and 44RU. Cabinets are welded with 16-gauge CRS and assembled for immediate use.
The rear doors feature quick-release spring hinges that allow them to be rotated 180˚ to open to the right or left. The rear door includes a recessed handle and cylinder lock. See the table on the back for the appropriate optional front door model numbers. If the front door is requested, it will have a different key than the rear door for security reasons.
The 100 Series cabinet line offers several easy-to-install advantages, including a standard-width 6RU panel opening at the top of the cabinet and duct assemblies. The top opening can be left open for cable access and/or ventilation, partially covered with ISOPANEL™ for non-conductive cable access, or closed using two standard 5 1⁄4" panels (3 RU). The top opening is also ideal for installing EFP Series Ventilators. Duct assemblies are located on the top and bottom surface panels as well as on the top and bottom rear flanges. The flange assemblies consist of five knockouts, three standard 1" (25 mm) and two 1⁄2" (13 mm) 3⁄4" (19 mm) concentric. Surface assemblies consist of 4 knockouts: two standard 1" (25 mm) knockouts and two concentric 1⁄2" (13 mm) and ¾" (19 mm) knockouts.
Perforated and stamped vents are located on the front, side and rear doors to allow maximum air convection. The enclosures include a pair of 12 gauge, 10-32 threaded, 5⁄8" (16 mm) recessed CRS fixed mounting rails. The rails have EIA standard spacing.
