Freestanding floor frame with 18.5" deep fixed rails, 21 RU
The economical AtlasIED 121-18 cabinet is 22 5/16" wide, 18 1/2" deep, and contains 21RU of vertical panel space. The 121-18 cabinet includes a pair of 11 gauge CRS fixed mounting rails. The series is constructed from 16-gauge CRS and includes a base, top panel, side panels, mounting rails, a removable tailgate with a cylinder lock, and a flush door handle.
It offers several easy-to-install advantages, including an enlarged 6RU opening at the top and bottom of the cabinet that can be left open for cable access and/or ventilation, or closed off with standard ventilation or solid panels. The rear doors (included with all models) feature quick-release spring hinges that allow them to rotate 180° to open to the right or left. If a front door is requested, it will have a different key than the rear door for security reasons.
Rack rails are precision threaded 10-32 and recessed 11/16" (17.5 mm). These plated rails include convenient RU indicator marks to aid in equipment alignment. Rails are standard EIA 5/8"-5/8"-1/2" spacing. Duct assemblies are located on the top and bottom surface panels, as well as on the top and bottom rear flanges. Flange assemblies consist of five knockouts, three standard 1" (25 mm) and two concentric 1/2" (13 mm) x 3/4" (19 mm). Surface assemblies consist of 4 knockouts, two standard 1" (25 mm) knockouts and two concentric 1/2" (13 mm) x 3/4" (19 mm). Perforated and stamped vents are located on all sides, as well as in the rear door, to allow maximum air convection. Cabinet surfaces are pre-treated with phosphate for proper adhesion of the textured black epoxy finish paint.
