Designed for surround sound immersion

This is a unique option for those building a surround sound system using KLH's new Kendall mk2 speakers. The Kendall 2S features an in-wall design with an unusual driver layout that delivers spacious and immersive surround effects. Mount the pair of speakers on the side walls of your home theater system, facing each other. Each 2S uses a pair of 1" titanium tweeters, firing simultaneously toward the front and back of your room. This "bipolar" configuration creates a sound bubble around your listening area to keep you immersed in your favorite movie or TV soundtracks.

Each Kendall 2S also comes equipped with a pair of 5-1/4" aluminum cone woofers to round out the sound, firing upward from the top and downward from the bottom of the speaker.

A unique mounting system made for easy wiring

KLH equipped these wall speakers with a practical mounting system. You'll attach the included brackets to the walls and then use the built-in cleats on the back of each cabinet to hold the speakers firmly in place. Even better, the mounting brackets and cleats double as speaker wire connectors: you'll connect the brackets and then simply place the speakers on the wall to complete the circuit. In case you want to use your own wall mounts, each speaker also has a conventional set of 5-way binding posts for more traditional connections.
