BETA 98AD/C (PZA)
The Shure BETA®98AD/C is a compact condenser microphone for professional sound reinforcement and studio recording. Its cardioid polar pattern is extremely uniform and rejects off-axis sounds. Its high sensitivity provides excellent gain-before-feedback. It has a high SPL capability, and its A98D snare drum mount features a flexible gooseneck, allowing it to be positioned in a variety of positions for toms, snare drums, and percussion instruments.

A frequency response tailored for drum and percussion applications with a wide dynamic range for use with high SPL sources. Its low-profile design reduces footprint for easy mounting. Beta 98A models include an external, in-line preamplifier for discreet cable positioning. The Beta 98AD/C includes an A98D snare drum mount and features a flexible gooseneck for precise positioning and a secure fit. The Beta 98A/C includes an impact-resistant RK282 swivel adapter for placement on any standard microphone stand. Each model comes with a spring-loaded windscreen and a zippered protective case.
