All 6-Series audio cables are meticulously hand-assembled in Orlando, Florida. 6-Series single-ended RCA cables begin with ultra-pure, highly conductive oxygen-free copper (HC-OFC) specifically developed for audio applications. Each conductor is engineered with solid dual-gauge wires that are mathematically and tonally chosen to support low, mid, and high frequencies for a natural-sounding cable. Individual insulation on each wire results in zero strand-to-strand interaction and improved sound quality. Unbalanced analog audio systems will benefit from the use of Tributaries' Twin-Axial cable design.
The precision-stranded Twin-Axial design features dedicated conductors for the positive signal and negative return signal, plus a heavy-duty shield connected only to the source end. In this design, the shield captures any induced interference and sends it to ground at the source end, thereby isolating input stage noise from the load. This configuration ensures clear signal transfer with the best possible overall noise rejection. The end result is a neutral-sounding cable.
The Series 6 single-ended audio cable is available in pairs and mono cables in lengths from 1/2 meter to 4 meters with custom lengths available.
