RS82-EZ-BK
The RS82-EZ is an 8-inch coaxial speaker featuring BroadBeam Ring ™ technology for consistent high-frequency sound, designed for open-ceiling applications. The enclosure is constructed of injection-molded ABS with fiberglass reinforcement for long-lasting durability in indoor or outdoor applications and has an aluminum grille with a protective powder-coated finish. Hanging hardware with galvanized steel cables is included, and it features a built-in hanging bracket and screw-in cover plates for quick, easy, and secure installation. The unit can be flown or mounted directly to conduit via the locking cover plate. The RS82-EZ speaker includes a ceramic terminal input that accepts up to 10 plenum-rated signal meters and a 6-position tap switch with transformer tap position, as well as a 16 ohm impedance for easy daisy chaining in low-voltage systems. The RS82-EZ is suitable for use in voice alarm applications subject to EU regulations EN60849 and BS5839-8. Pendant hardware, terminal weather boot, and cover plate are included.
