Designed for superior off-axis performance and easy installation, the RS62-EZ offers attractive styling in a cost-effective open-ceiling speaker. The RS62-EZ utilizes a 6.5-inch (165 mm) coaxial driver with BroadBeam Ring ^™ technology for consistently smooth high-frequency sound and 16 ohm impedance for easy daisy-chaining in low-voltage systems. The RS62-EZ includes galvanized steel hanger wires and a built-in mounting plate for suspending the speaker, as well as a threaded opening at the top of the cover plate for direct conduit mounting. The enclosure is constructed of injection-molded ABS with fiberglass reinforcement for long-lasting durability in indoor or outdoor applications and includes an aluminum grille with a protective powder-coated finish. Cost-effective engineering with high-performance sound makes the RS62-EZ loudspeaker ideal for music and entertainment applications in grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, hotels, casinos, museums, trade shows, and conference rooms, and is suitable for use in voice alarm applications subject to EU regulations EN60849 and BS5839-8. For applications where additional bass is required, SoundTube’s RS1001i-TT 10-inch subwoofer can be used. Hanging hardware, a weather plug, a cover plate, and the AC-RSEZ-HH-10 are included.
