The W2-218 features an 8-inch carbon fiber woofer and 1-inch HF compression driver with a non-resonant, non-metallic polyimide diaphragm. The drivers are cooled with Ferrofluid, resulting in increased power handling and reduced distortion. The W2-218 is the smallest W2 model with an 80 x 60 controlled spread pattern.
The durable construction, weather resistance, and tight pattern control of this model make it excellent for smaller coverage areas in theme and amusement parks, musical fountains, water parks, cruise ships, and outdoor entertainment centers.
