The APX40TN model is a conservatively rated 40-watt constant directivity PA loudspeaker for use in PA or PA applications. It combines constant directivity with superior engineering design, achieving extraordinary performance with quick and easy installation.

This constant directivity speaker offers precise positioning flexibility with a simple twist of the wrist. The APX loudspeaker is ideal for indoor applications, including large commercial, light industrial, and distribution/retail applications, where clear, comfortable indoor PA and security are required. The speaker is also suitable for installation in retail, commercial, recreational, and outdoor public areas where reliable weatherproof performance is required for communications and security.

The neutral gray finish complements most indoor or outdoor settings. It can also be painted to match installation guidelines or cosmetics.

• Built-in screen protects against insect nesting
• 60° x 40° coverage over a wide frequency range for predictable beamwidth control
• The speaker is molded from high-impact, neutral gray polycarbonate resin with an ultraviolet light inhibitor.
• The rotating hood rotates in 15° increments for exact on-site positioning of projection angles detailed in acoustic simulation programs
• The 25/70/100V universal transformer includes a rotary selector for easy outlet identification.
• The zinc-cast mounting bracket can be mounted on standard pole-attached EO enclosures or removed for easy retrofitting of existing AP Series speakers.
