POE IP Wall Mount Speaker
The POE powered IP wall-mount speaker is the latest in IP technology. This POE Power over Ethernet speaker (IEEE 802.3at compliant) features network-controlled speaker volume, scheduled program streaming, priority-based multicast streaming, group definition, working status monitoring, online remote technical support, and troubleshooting. The POE speaker is capable of multicast audio transmission. The POE powered wall-mount speaker allows you to build an IP-based sound system via a single CAT5 or CAT6 cable. The single CAT5 cable is used for control data, signal data, and power supply; in this way, the design cost will be greatly reduced without considering AC or DC power supply. The POE powered speaker is compatible with universal POE switches, so the POE speaker works with existing POE internet and LAN/WAN networks and fiber optic cables, without the need to build a dedicated network. Therefore, it is very useful for offices, hotels, schools, banks, factories, and shopping malls where a POE network already exists. This POE speakerphone also includes an external 12V DC connector for use with a standby power supply. The POE speakerphone is designed with a 5" two-way wall-mount speaker with a 30W Class D amplifier. The DI-9700TM remote paging microphone allows announcements to be made through an individual speaker or a group of speakers over the network.
