Commercial Transformer (PZA)
Our 50W70T is a 70V line-matched indoor audio transformer that converts the primary voltage of a 70V audio amplifier or PA to 8 ohms or 4 ohms to eliminate power loss caused by long-distance runs between the amplifier and speaker. Our audio transformer offers a full-range frequency response, from 20 Hz to 20 kHz (plus or minus 1 dB), with no insertion loss or effect on sound quality. This includes 50W, 40W, 30W, 20W, and 10W taps that allow for different power and volume levels for each speaker. The more power you have, set the taps higher. The less power you have, set your taps lower for a truly custom distributed audio system that won't overload the amplifier. The six-inch leads give you plenty of room to work, and the 50W70T includes a self-adhesive pad for quick and easy installation.
