The Architect "P" Series excellently complements AudioControl's popular Architect series of high-power multi-zone amplifiers, delivering 100 watts RMS per channel into 8 ohms and 200 watts per channel into 4 ohms, with all channels driven.
The compact 2U chassis offers 16 channels of high-power amplification, and the Architect P2660 delivers 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 200 watts per channel into 4 ohms, with all channels driven. Channel bridging increases power to a remarkable 400 watts into 8 ohms. Benefitting from 35 years of AudioControl’s patented low-temperature amplifier design, the Architect P2660 is equipped with features such as input bus, output pass-through, global 12VDC trigger input/output with local 12VDC trigger inputs for all zones, and input signal sensing on/off. The A-bus includes a coaxial S/PDIF input for a digital source. The amplifier channels and connected speakers are protected by AudioControl’s fast-acting LightDrive anti-clipping circuitry.
