The WX802/O is a powerful 2-way loudspeaker specially designed for outdoor use, ensuring natural, high-fidelity reproduction of music and voice. It lends itself to a wide variety of outdoor applications, ensuring clear and powerful sound reproduction. Therefore, the WX802/O is the perfect companion for outdoor applications where clear background music is desired all day long and more powerful sound with deeper bass is needed when the party gets going after dark. The sound comes from an 8” weather-resistant treated low-frequency driver combined with a 1” dome tweeter housed in an aesthetically pleasing and robust synthetic enclosure.

The material used for the mounting bracket on the outdoor versions has been improved to include aluminum, making the WX MK2 series even more resistant to extreme weather conditions. The bracket allows users to mount the WX802/O either vertically or horizontally.

The special powder-coating treatment provides the necessary protection for all weather conditions. This allows the stands to pass a 96-hour salt spray test. A drainage hole behind the front aluminum grille allows moisture to drain away when condensation occurs. The waterproof AWX-5 connector on the back ensures this speaker meets IP55 standards.
