THE WTR06 (PZA)
The WTR06 is a 100-volt line transformer for impedance matching between low-impedance (8 ohm) loudspeakers and 100-volt amplifiers. Using the WTR06 line transformer, low-impedance loudspeakers can be applied to any 100-volt PA system where long cable runs may be required.
The WTR06 has a maximum output power of 6 watts and different sockets for 6 watts, 3 watts, and 1.5 watts. The housing is designed to be water and dust resistant, allowing it to be concealed anywhere, such as above false ceilings, in wall junction boxes, in hollow spaces within walls, etc. The primary connection (100 V side) is made using a specially designed waterproof AWX5 connector, through which the desired socket can be selected depending on the rotation of the connector. The secondary connection (8 Ohm side) is made using a watertight cable gland.
A 0.5-meter connection cable is provided on both sides of the transformer. The transformer's oversized core minimizes saturation and provides a noticeable improvement in sound reproduction, especially in the low-frequency range.
