16RU Heavy-Duty Wall Cabinet with Adjustable Rails, 23.5" Deep
The cabinets are finished with a black electrostatic powder coat.
All models include adjustable front rack rails threaded 10-32 and manufactured with EIA standard 1⁄2" spacing. Top hat channels provide support for adjustable rack rails with security holes for fixed rail placement. Removable 3RU top and bottom panels are located in the center section of the enclosure to accommodate EFP Series fan panels for added ventilation or power isolation panels.
The rear face of the rear section is equipped with 1⁄4" deep raised retainers that give contractors the flexibility to install a custom plywood, aluminum, or steel sub-plate for mounting accessories inside the cabinet. The raised retainers are on 12" centers. The rear section provides an interchangeable right or left hand cylinder lock for added security.
The cabinets have 16 conduit knockouts on the top of the rear section and 16 on the bottom of the rear section. The knockouts consist of two standard 1/2" (12.7 mm), three concentric 1" (25 mm)/1 3/8" (34.9 mm), and four concentric 1⁄2" (13 mm)/3⁄4" (19 mm).
Perforated vents, located on both sides (top and bottom) of the center section, provide ventilation for rack-mounted electronic devices.
The cabinets offer a sag-free design. The one-piece front and rear sections of the units are reinforced with an internal alignment frame that supports the cabinet's center section throughout its entire length.
An optional wheel is available to support the weight of the center sections (Atlas CT31A).
