Power distribution (PZA )
The TSD-DCPDV is designed to distribute power to TSD devices or other equipment that requires DC power and is also ideal for use with wireless microphones that typically require 12-18 VDC power supplies. The rear panel includes a 24V input for a user-selectable power supply of up to 2500mA, four fixed 24V outputs, and two variable 5-24V outputs. The voltage for variable outputs is adjusted from a safety potentiometer. Additionally, there are two USB ports on the front panel available for charging other devices or for USB-style rack lighting.
The unit requires a power supply sold separately to operate properly; multiple TSDs can be powered with one power supply depending on current requirements. This unit has a 20 mA power requirement, but the power requirements of the connected TSDs must be taken into account when selecting the appropriate power supply. For multiple TSD applications, use the TSD Energy Calculator to determine the appropriate power supply needed.
CHARACTERISTICS:
-
Power distribution for multiple TSDs from a single power supply
-
1 in 6 out configuration
-
Four (4) independent 24V outputs
-
Two (2) variable outputs from 5V to 24V
-
Two (2) 5V DC USB charging ports
-
DC filtering and isolation per channel
-
Output voltage: variable and fixed ports
-
Output Current: The selection of power supply current depends on the number of devices connected to the DCPDV and their cumulative current draw. Use the TSD power calculator for the total current required.
