THE TR106 (PZA)
Line level of the isolation transformer
The AUDAC TR106 is a true shielded isolation audio transformer. Hum in audio systems is typically caused by ground loops in the system. A common-mode current will flow in a ground loop created by an electrical system that has ground connections at different voltage potentials.
This results in a 50 Hz hum in the audio signal. The most common method for addressing these issues is an audio transformer. The AUDAC TR106 audio isolation transformer, with an input and output impedance of 600 ohms and a 1:1 turns ratio, has a very wide bandwidth and very low distortion, ensuring undistorted bass response and unattenuated high frequencies.
