The LT600-VC is a versatile unit for combining 600 ohm telephone-type line circuits with HI-Z circuits. It can also be used as a 600 ohm to 600 ohm isolation transformer. Recommended for connecting telephone-type lines to amplified sound systems, background music and pager systems, recording equipment, or electronic studio equipment. The built-in potentiometer provides optional adjustment for the 25K output level. The 600 ohm input can be combined with 600, 10K, and 25K-ohm circuits. All components are mounted on a printed circuit board. The steel chassis includes mounting ears and insta-mount strap. The transformer is shielded to minimize induced hum. The unit includes a phono connector on the output side for convenient connection to an amplifier or other equipment circuit. The connector can be connected to multiple transformer taps using a barrier strip jumper. (The factory-installed jumper connects the connector to the potentiometer output.)
