The FAP6260T coaxial ceiling speaker is the evolution of the Strategy series and offers true-to-life, high-fidelity sound reproduction in an attractive, easy-to-install system. These high-performance systems are ideally suited for many business music and public address applications. The compact profile housing, narrow 60° dispersion, and 60-watt transformer make the FAP6260T the perfect choice for high-ceiling applications.

The high-quality construction includes a high-efficiency paper composite woofer with rubber surround and a coaxially mounted 20mm silk dome tweeter. The speaker's high sensitivity means that less power may be required to achieve the desired SPL. The speakers are factory assembled in a deep-drawn, ported, and optimally tuned enclosure and include a specially designed 70.7V/100V low-saturation transformer. A convenient front-mounted switch allows tap selection without removing the speaker from the ceiling. A detachable, locking, four-pole Phoenix-style connector provides easy daisy-chain wiring to other full-range speakers or subwoofers. The attractive, low-profile, snap-on grille blends seamlessly into contemporary architecture.

Mounting is simplified with the Strategy Series II's "dogleg" style tabs that allow easy installation on tile or drywall ceilings with the provided tile bridge assembly. The tile bridge consists of (2) triangular shaped mounting rails and a C-ring assembly. The C-ring can be attached to the rails with the provided screws to extend the bracket to T-bar grid in suspended ceiling applications. Multiple hole locations are provided to allow the C-ring to be positioned to the outside edge of the tile, if necessary. For existing drywall applications, the tile bridge C-ring and support rails can be inserted into the hole cut for the cabinet. For easy positioning, the "V" shaped support rails match the shape of the C-ring tabs for easy maneuvering and positioning when working "blind" on the platform.
