For single or multi-bay configuration installations requiring additional weight capacity and extended depths, AtlasIED offers the 735-25's 14-gauge frame construction. The 735-25 is 22 1/2" wide, 25" deep, and has 35 vertical panel spaces. Multi-formed and welded frame members provide superior strength and load capacity. The base is constructed with double-formed front and rear sections, MIG-welded and reinforced with 11-gauge CRS corner wheel reinforcements. The vertical columns interlock with the top and base of the frame, adding twice the thickness of the material for superior load-bearing capacity. The mounting rail channel support members are multi-shaped and MIG welded to provide superior interlocking support. The panel mounting rails are fully adjustable front to back.

The base includes four 3/8"-16 threaded bushings to accept leg levelers (LL-1 models) and four 11 gauge CRS corner braces drilled to accept casters. The base also has provisions for permanently attaching it to the floor. Ships with two pairs of 11 gauge CRS adjustable mounting rails. The frame rails are precision 10-32 threaded and recessed 1 3/16" (30 mm). These plated rails include convenient RU indicator marks to aid in equipment alignment. Rails have standard EIA spacing of 5/8"-5/8"-1/2".

The hat sections are on a 19" panel spacing to accommodate vertical accessory mounting. This enclosure has a solid and secure professional appearance with no perforated vents. Therefore, the thermal airflow layout can be precisely designed and maintained without fear of contaminants or other foreign or damaging objects entering through vents. With the addition of the optional seismic bracket, the SBK-700, 700 Series racks can be certified in accordance with the Telcordia NEBS (Network Equipment Building Systems) GR-63-CORE standard. When the SBK-7 brackets are properly installed, the 700 Series successfully passed the rigorous real-world dynamic test: the racks are capable of withstanding up to a Zone 4 earthquake, comparable to Richter magnitude 8.0.
